Terms & Conditions

By creating a Wash account you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Membership

• Classic includes 4 washes per month at QAR 120.
• Premium includes 6 washes per month at QAR 180.
• Your cycle runs 30 days from activation and renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Unused washes do not carry over to the next cycle.

2. Using Your Pass

• Your membership covers the single vehicle registered on your account.
• Your QR pass is personal. Sharing it with another driver may result in suspension.
• A wash is counted when a partner scans and confirms your pass.
• Partners may refuse a wash if your membership is expired or your allowance is used up.

3. Partner Locations

Partner car washes are independent businesses. They set their own opening hours, service standards and queue times. Wash covers the cost of your wash but does not carry out the work, and the partner remains responsible for the service and for any damage caused during it. Raise service issues with the partner first; tell us as well and we will follow up.

4. Cancellation

• Cancel at any time. Your pass stays active until the end of the paid cycle.
• We do not refund part-used cycles.
• We may suspend an account for misuse, fraud or abuse of partner staff.

5. Changes to Plans

We may change prices or wash allowances. Existing members are notified by email before any change takes effect and may cancel before renewal if they do not accept it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The partner network changes as locations join or leave.

7. Liability

Wash is not liable for damage to your vehicle during a wash. Claims of that kind are between you and the partner that performed the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
