This policy explains what information Wash collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When a partner scans your QR code, they see your name, car, plate number, membership level, expiry date and washes remaining. That is the minimum needed to authorise a wash. Partners cannot see your email address, your history at other locations, or any payment details.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partner car wash you visit, in the limited form described above, and with service providers who help us operate — hosting and email delivery — who process it on our instructions.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Your QR pass is signed and expires after roughly a minute, so a screenshot cannot be reused. Traffic to the site is encrypted.
We keep your account and wash history while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and partner settlement. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal details.
